MV Holding Board Member Banu Vargı Tümay has been appointed as the President of the Board of Directors as of 20 November 2018. Global Markets Managing Director Barış Emirdağ has been appointed as Member of the Board of Directors as of November 20, 2018.

Murat Vargı, who has founded and brought MV Holding amongst the important values of Turkey in 25 years, will continue his duties as the Honorary President of the Board of Directors.
